I first met Mia and Peter for a chat, I asked them for a number of references.
Each person I called talked for 30+ minutes!! I couldn't get them off the phone.
I was pleasantly surprised that anyone would be so impressed with their real estate
agents to spend that much time recommending them to a stranger. But now I understand,
and it is hard to get me to stop talking, too!
Mia and Peter were expert
guides on the complicated and intimidating journey of buying a house, and we confidently
and strongly recommend them to any other prospective buyers. We felt one-hundred
percent secure in their capable hands. They are professional, experienced, straight-forward
and caring. From start to finish, they "held our hands" and even assisted
beyond their duties, helping us smoothly navigate mortgage issues, the settlement
process, and every other hurdle along the way. They made numerous calls each day
to make sure every other player (e.g. lender, seller, insurance agent) was doing
his job. They also spent time attending the 3-hour inspection with us, reading
the long inspection report, and ensuring that all repairs were made We were never
pressured to increase our budget, lower our standards, or rush a decision. In
addition, it was very comforting knowing that Peter was presenting our offer in
person and advocating for us, as he is both charming and professional. We are
also grateful to Mia for her expertise, encouragement, and persistence in helping
us through the process. Although we've moved in, we're still calling them for
advice! We couldn't believe that they would do so much work to help us buy our
little first home. We are telling everyone we know how great they are!
