Tony Holzberger is Principal and owner of Croc Property and is without question one of Coolum’s most respected agents.
After previously owning his own major real estate office, Tony realised during this time that clients were requesting a reduced or fixed rate commission. Real Estate has changed and almost all inquiry is now generated via the internet from buyers searching online for their desired property. So, to do this without any compromise whatsoever on service, Tony purchased the Croc Property Company.

Michelle brings 20 years of sales experience to the real estate market. She began her career in London working as a Money Broker with the largest brokerage firm in the world. Her skills were quickly recognised and she was promoted to Manager being transferred to Hong Kong to set up and manage a new broking desk. After a couple of years she was again promoted and transferred to New York to set up a new brokering desk for the Company.
After returning to Australia she gained a passion for real estate and has been selling on the Sunshine Coast for the last 10 years. The negotiation skills she acquired during her career as a broker have helped her become a very well respected fully licensed agent.
